Leadership Workshops that change how your team actually operates

We run small-group workshops in Tasmania for managers who want fewer meetings about meetings, and more clarity about who decides what. Twelve people per session, two facilitators, real scenarios from your organisation.

From booking to follow-up in four steps

Every workshop is shaped around your team's real challenges. We don't arrive with a slide deck and hope for the best. Here is what to expect before, during, and after the session.

01

Discovery call

A 30-minute phone call where we learn about your team structure, the friction points you see, and what "better" looks like for you. No forms, no intake questionnaires.

02

Scenario design

We build three to five case scenarios drawn from your industry and organisation size. Each one targets a specific leadership behaviour: delegation, feedback, conflict resolution, or decision-making under ambiguity.

03

Workshop day

A full-day or half-day session at your venue or ours in New James. Two facilitators guide the group through structured exercises, live role-plays, and debrief conversations. Lunch is included in full-day bookings.

04

Follow-up sprint

Three weeks after the workshop, each participant gets a 20-minute one-on-one coaching call. We check what stuck, what didn't, and adjust the action plan they wrote on workshop day.

Facilitator drawing a decision matrix on a whiteboard

The full day

8 hours · up to 12 participants · on-site or our venue

Our most popular format. You get the discovery call, custom scenarios, a working lunch, and the three-week follow-up sprint. Most teams book this when they have a specific problem they want to solve: a merger integration, a new reporting structure, or a leadership pipeline gap.

Professionals in a semi-circle discussion during a half-day workshop

The half day

4 hours · up to 10 participants · on-site

Focused on a single theme: giving difficult feedback, running effective one-on-ones, or making group decisions without defaulting to the loudest voice. Works well as a quarterly rhythm for teams that want ongoing development without losing a full workday.

Virtual intensive

2 × 90-minute sessions · up to 8 participants · via video

Designed for distributed teams who can't gather in one room. Two focused sessions, spaced a week apart, with a practical assignment in between. The smaller group size keeps engagement high; nobody hides behind a muted microphone.

Executive pair coaching

6 sessions over 3 months · 2 participants

For senior leaders who need a sounding board, not a classroom. We pair two executives from different organisations and facilitate structured peer coaching. Confidential, direct, and surprisingly effective for people who are used to being the one with the answers.

What happens after the workshop ends

We survey every participant at 30 and 90 days. The numbers we share come from 214 responses collected between March 2023 and November 2025.

Seventy-three percent of participants report a noticeable reduction in time spent in unproductive meetings within six weeks. That figure surprised us too. The most common change? Managers start defining the decision-maker before the meeting, not during it.

Forty-four percent of teams that completed the full-day workshop restructured at least one recurring meeting within the first month. Not because we told them to, but because the scenario exercises made the waste visible.

The follow-up coaching calls have an 89% attendance rate. People show up because they have a specific situation to discuss, not because HR reminded them.

Before you book

Three to four weeks is ideal. That gives us time for the discovery call and scenario design. We have occasionally turned a booking around in ten days, but the scenarios are better when we are not rushing.
Yes. We regularly run workshops in Melbourne and Sydney. Travel costs are quoted separately and depend on group size and duration. The virtual intensive format is available anywhere with a stable internet connection.
We split into two cohorts and run them on consecutive days. Each cohort gets the same scenarios, so the language and frameworks are consistent across your leadership team. Some organisations prefer to mix seniority levels; others keep them separate. We will advise based on your goals.
Every participant leaves with a printed action plan they wrote during the session and a one-page reference card summarising the frameworks we used. We deliberately keep materials short. A 40-page binder looks impressive and never gets opened.
A full-day workshop for up to 12 people starts at $4,200 AUD, including the discovery call, custom scenarios, and the follow-up coaching sprint. Half-day sessions start at $2,400. We quote a fixed price after the discovery call so there are no surprises.
We provide a certificate of completion with hours and learning outcomes documented. Whether those hours count toward your professional body's CPD requirements depends on the body. We have had participants log our workshops with CPA Australia, AHRI, and the AIM without issues.
